The Great Room in our main log cabin lodge with a stone fireplace & vaulted ceilings provides ample space for 110 people.
We provide audiovisual equipment, digital projector, TV, VCR/ DVD, extensive Bose sound system and flip charts. Wireless internet is available throughout The Lodge.
We will customize your conference space to meet your needs.

The La Plata Room is flexibly configured as a 50 person breakout room with plush carpeting for your comfort. Coffee, Tea & snack bar provided.
The Pinion Room allows for smaller groups of 25 to work closely together.

Our Lodge Meeting Facility, extending from the Great Room, provides for an additional 30-40 people; either as a meeting space or relaxing break room.

$25.00 per person for 1 meal- 4 hrs time
$41.00 per person for 2 meals -8 hrs time
